Craig and his team at Bond Street Mortgage came recommended to us through our agent. From the initial conversation with Craig until the day we closed, every interaction was effortless and handled professionally. We were applying for a VA loan and not only was Craig very knowledgeable about them, we were also able to get a very competitive rate as well! Any time we had question, his team was there with a quick response. I also loved that he had a TBD program where we were able to get pre-approved at our maximum amount, we submitted all of our documents to get us approved for a mortgage before even finding a home.
