Dawn Scardelli serves as the Executive Administrative Associate to CEO James DiPiazza and Senior Vice President Maurice Gargano, while also leading our Bond Street Outreach initiatives. In her role, Dawn offers executive-level support to our leadership team, while fostering strong relationships with organizations dedicated to supporting veterans, underprivileged children, and underserved communities. Through Bond Street Mortgage, Dawn spearheads our charitable efforts, including partnerships with Backpacks for Life, local food pantries, and soup kitchens. As a passionate advocate for giving back, she leads our team in meaningful contributions and organizes impactful events to uplift those in need.
